Conduct after dismissal by the employer
 
As an employee, you must note that you have only 3 weeks from receipt of the letter of termination to bring an action before the Labour Court. After the 3-week period has expired, it will be very difficult to take action against the dismissal. Only in court do you have good chances to secure your job or to get a high severance pay. Out-of-court negotiations with the employer are usually not successful. Here you can rely on the many years of experience of our law firm.
 
A trial before the labour court usually takes only a few months. Usually one can already agree with the employer in the quality date, which takes place already after 2 to 3 weeks after filing of complaint.
